WC - THQ announced at WWE SummerSlam Axxes yesterday the complete roster for WWE 13, officially unveiling the 42 Modern Era Superstars, 8 WWE Divas and 34 Attitude Era Superstars & Divas – along with the extra downloadable content characters that will be included in the game. That’s 87 superstars in total, which is the biggest rosters of stars in any wrestling game in history and no doubt there’ll be more DLC Superstars made available before and after the game’s release.
The roster ended up being more or less what we had anticipated and there were very few surprises. Sadly however there were a few names we hoped would be in the game that were overlooked, the likes of Tyson Kidd (who was criminally in last year’s WWE 12 but was overlooked this year despite a small push this summer), Tensai, William Regal (who should always be in every single WWE game), Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins, Ryback and despite the inclusion of Primo & Epico – there is no Rosa Mendes.
Some of you may know that the latest instalment in the WWE gaming franchise 2K20 was released late last year to generally poor reviews. Some of this was based on graphical issues, but mostly it was due to the many glitches and bugs found – many of which are hilarious to witness.
Fire Pro needs more love. The last PS4 title gets regular playtime from me.
I hear that there are financial troubles at the studio, but I'm hopeful for a Switch port one of these days.
I have Fire Pro for PS4 and PC but it seems more of like a Sim creator rather than people actually playing out matches. I still dont like anything as much as the N64 games

couldn't agree more, think it was No Mercy which i liked the best, although I remember the WCW NWO game being very good also.
In its current carnation it will never top the N64 games
IMO the story aspects became the worst. the universe mode isn't as good as the GM mode(imo)
commentary is really bad

instead of putting effort into single player story all we have gotten are past glory moments. i mean we are basically watching replays of old matches
i am surprised we didn't get a true wwe vs wcw game
the one wwe game few years ago with wcw story line was good(i had fun with story mode atleast)

all these years and no real ragdoll physics to make selling moves look different either. 2k15 and 16 have like halfassed ragdoll.

HCTP, SYM and No Mercy was cherished by its gameplay.
Its seems alot of people these days are more interested in stories in videogames then the actual game. Gameplay should be number 1.
wwe 2k14 was the last great release gameplay wise. wwe 2k16 still has the annoying chain grappling.

they could have a bad story but still a original story. these past wwe games have moments from past like 30 years of wrestlemania and attitude era
i rather just get original stories and that's just my personal opinion

No Ryback? WTF?
No rybeck to many duplicates and characters in there that are not with wwe anymore( John ,karhma and Bella twins). I know they will have some DLC but the last thing I want in my universe would be a triple threat match with 3 different versions of the same wrestler. Now if they incorporate them as just costumes for the characters that could make universe interesting (ie news feed from universe Bradshaw has decided to go corporate with McMahon and now calls himself JBL). But I doubt it. Also is it just me or do the models look a little off?
