E3 2013 announcement coming Monday

According to the ESA, there will be a big announcement on Monday regarding E3 2013.

ESA wouldn't be announcing that. When Sony or Microsoft announce it, it will be at a big venue and it will be done with enough lights and glamour that you'll see it coming from a month away.
