Company of Heroes was renowned for its attention to detail and its visceral take on the World War Two era. Sure it was an real-time strategy game which involved generals sending hundreds of soldiers to their deaths during any given mission, yet the acclaimed release still had an authenticity which other games lacked – due specifically to its in-depth cover mechanic. I was aware of CoH for awhile but i never actually took a look or tried it till recently. Man i have to say i regret waiting this long, its awesome. I love WWII era and i love RTS and its a perfect combination (for me) of the two. I really wish i got into it sooner so i cannot wait for the 2nd because im going to jump into it as soon as possible.
