The War Z - New Screenshots Released

Such a blatant rip. Not just in gameplay, but name as well? Really Hammerpoint?

You need to realize that both of these games would have been in development around the same time. This perhaps even long than Day Z.

It's not like they saw the popularity that Day Z was garnering and slapped together a build of an mmo overnight.

All this really has to thank DayZ for is for the free publicity, and quite possibly criticism, of showing afterward.

This looks more action oriented than day z anyway.

Day z is like "lets go camping omg zombies" Wheras this looks to skip a bit of the grinding and wandering around in the wilderness that dayz has.

Its like Dayz but more vibrant, and obviously because its built from ground up, the environment just feels more like a zombie apocalypse.

it's never too late. I personally spent 240 bucks on a used pc athlon II x3, upgraded the videocard with a radeon 5700 for 80 bucks and can play most games on high settings.

Now lets be straight here it's like a 4-5 year old processor and a 4 year old videocard and they run skyrim at max settings with mods. I can't quite push max on arma 2 or mirrors edge but I can still play every game that comes out. All i really need to do to beef up the system is a new video card and maybe a phenom cpu.

All I'm trying to tell you is that a gaming rig doesn't have to be 1000+, it can be about the same price as a console and still give good fun.

I'm so happy that this was in development and now that DayZ is released they have changed things up in response to what people are liking in the game. Way I think of it is that to get a stand alone version of DayZ would of took ages but thanks to WarZ we wont have to wait no where near as long.
