Gamesta writes: Video games have always had their fair share of crazy ridiculousness. It’s what makes games so intriguing. Without it, they would no longer be games. Would first person shooters be fun if on the first level you got shot in the foot and had to hobble around for the rest of the level? No. Instant healing and invincibility please! Would racing games be fun if they actually required you to understand everything there is to know about torque or aerodynamics? Of course not. Just hop in this $200,000 car and run it into that other $200,000 car at 200 mph. That’s where the fun is. Embrace the ridiculousness gamers!
Throughout my years of playing, I have found myself in control of quite a few crazy, ridiculous weapons. Here is my list of the top ten most memorable.
If you're looking for 'must have' PSVR 2 games then look no further. These are the 10 titles every PSVR 2 owner should have in their library.
If you're wanting more PSVR 2 support, you should probably buy all of these games.
Speak with your wallet!
I'm trying to decide if it's worth holding onto my psvr 2. I enjoy what it has currently, but it seems unlikely to get anything else. Might be better off just waiting for something with more support if that ever comes.
GT7 surprised me, because I hate racing games, but i poured 100 hours into it way too quickly.
I’m looking forward to the Metro VR game this year, and I hope that WW2 dogfighter game releases eventually.
I have most of them 😅
Waiting for a sale on Synapse and Arizona Sunshine 2.....also Metro coming this year looks great.
Capcom Co., Ltd. (Capcom) today announced that the multiplatform title Resident Evil 4 has sold over 7 million units worldwide approximately one year after its release.
The PlayStation 3 may not have been the strongest generation for Sony, but there were still some diamonds in the rough that deserve a revisit as PS5 remasters.
Even if they could just remaster and put on PSVR2, some would still look great as VR titles and could do a whole lot to bolster the headset w these exclusives! I'd imagine the investment of reworking these titles into VR would be way less than building new games from the ground up, and they could be amazing experiences, and VR often makes flat games feel fresh again. The Resistance and Killzone games are particularly what I want to see!!
The time is perfect for a resistance fall of man game campaign coop multiplayer
Resistance was ok but Warhawk and Starhawk was better and kept me coming back for almost a decade of fun and petty revenge on the loud mouth unskilled players 🤣
Edit I loved capture the flag dropping the pot on the flag carrier was extremely satisfying as well as transforming your plane in bot form and stumping them to death 😱
No Experimental MIRV? Oh, the fun had in Megaton with that thing...
lol, i actually enjoyed bayonettas heel weapons, could be a biased opinion though since 'netta is one of my fav current gen games. In my opinion a ridiculous weapon is Snows (FFXIII) jacket, i mean seriously wtf he doesnt actually 'use' the jacket to fight but you find/buy a new one and it upgrades stats lol. thats just retarded -_-
Glad to see Mr Toots on there, had a lot of fun with him :D
I'm surprised the penetrator from Saints Row 3 never made it on there
Sigh
No Boogerman?
I know he's a bit outdated, but c'mon;
Vicious farts that blast from your bum
Horizontal hoagies that tear through whatever is in its path
& what about FlyGuy (forgive me, I forgot his name), but he vomits on you.
I think those qualify as ridiculous also.
On topic;
I love the gun heel idea. It's slick, sexy & deadly all at the same time.
& I loved Wakkas' blitzball. I used to smack the crap out of everything with that!
One strike (BOP!) = frozen, dispel, blind, doom, berserk, etc., & death, if you power up the blitz to take 9999 with 1 hit.
Wakka is the man!
laptop gun perfect dark?
