15 Franchises That Need A Resurrection

Everyone has that franchise that they loved to death back in the day but always wonder “Why isn’t there another one?”. Well we compiled our list of franchises that desperately need another entry into the series. Or at the very least a Kickstarter campaign.

I want a new Powerstone so much. Even if it was just a hybrid of the two games in HD. Brilliant game, personally the Powerstone kind of arena brawler is the way that new PS Allstar Battle Royale should had gone, just to be more radically different than SSB.

Powerstone was a good series sadly I doubt Crapcom would resurrect it. Even if they did no telling how they would screw us.

Powerstone definitely has its own unique vibe though. I really liked the level design in Powerstone 2 and how they mixed it up with the deterioration and build up of tiers for each map. Plus, the item creation was such a blast. I spent so many hours trying different combinations just to get those really fun weapons into the game.

It was a good list in terms of my own personal taste in games. Great mix of RPG's and action/adventure games.
I would love to see shining force back to its roots, and another grandia. I've always loved the megaman X franchise, but man does it kick my ass in utter frustration lol.
A shinobi game is always welcome if they go the Ninja Gaiden route (not as of late, of course).
And there'll always be a place in my heart for panzer dragoon.

Legacy of Kain, this and Actraiser are begging to be remade, remastered and remixed.

Begging, literally! These two games are classic gold that could only become legendary through the power of these current consoles.

Legacy of Kain is literally my No. 1 in regards to this article's point. The games always had a pretty good story, great pacing, awesome puzzles, and good bosses. It's pretty difficult to think of many games this gen that have ALL of those attributes.

Power stone definitely I always enjoyed this party type of game on the Dream cast and still wonder why Capcom has not expanded upon it. Suikoden and Valkyrie Profile I would be all over, though in the case of Parappa I wonder if this Playstation All star brawl will in someway Resurrect the character and the game series and could be a way to gauge just how badly people would want it?

the only japanese alive are final fantasy and street fighter which should be dead but these 15 games alive

Zero would have made for a good hack-and-slash action game if Capcom thought of it.

But anyways, Megaman. My favorite all-time video game character still doesn't have a proper game out this generation. And it saddens me. No offence to 9 and 10 but I want a modern Megaman game.
