IGN:
Japanese magazine Famitsu has revealed a new game for PlayStation Vita called Soul Sacrifice, as reported by Andriasang. As noted in the article, "unlike most Famitsu reveals, this one came not through a preview, but through a multi-page ad."
Danish from eXputer: "FromSoftware and Larian Studios have shown that a good workplace environment is what it really takes to make good games."
Danish from eXputer: "FromSoftware's unique approach to difficulty in their games allows players to customize their own experience, which is really cool."
"Souls Like" is a literal genre.
I'd just like to point out that Rise of the Ronin which recently released is in large part a Souls Like as is the upcoming Stellar Blade. And both games have 60 FPS.
More? Like every other game in the last
5 years has “Souls” elements or difficulty. I think we need to pump the brakes a bit Jesus they don’t all the the “grind or die”/“get good” mentality.
Danish from eXputer: "With FromSoftware getting new directors, it might be time for the studio to take a break from its iconic Soulslike games."
Honestly I want more lol. Plenty of different settings, time periods, fantasies, and myths they can still use.
Armored Core and Elden Ring are both different than the Souls formula.
Souls formula: You Will Die. Gothic. Not open world. Punishing difficulty. The feeling that doing is completely on the player.
From software can make as many souls games they want. It's the rest of the industry that needs to stop copying them.
NO NO NO
I will not allow people to be swindled by this writer who just 2 weeks ago looked like a fool after the "is this a new tactics" article
4 players screams monster hunter, or an rpg, not a souls game
if its like demons or dark souls then i'm totally in for that.
as much as i want a real souls game on vita, if this would be a real souls game, expect lots of broken vita's that were slammed against the wall :P
God i hope this is true. PLEASE.
Sounds very interesting especially if its 1st party.
