GamingUnion.net: Over the past few weeks we've taken an in-depth look at the PlayStation 3's exclusive software offering, the triumphant and a few slightly less so. This time we're focusing on Microsoft's Xbox 360, a console that benefited greatly from its first-move position this generation, gaining a number of third-party de facto exclusives as a result. What follows is our list of the top ten Xbox 360 exclusives titles - limited to full retail offerings, one entry per franchise, and listed in alphabetical order. What's that you say? Some of these titles can also be found on PC? While true, for the sake of examining the infinitely entertaining console arms race, these games will be placed in Microsoft's camp.
Huzaifa from eXputer: "2008 was home to the likes of Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, GTA 4, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, and many other hits, which is outright remarkable."
Alan Wake, from Max Payne and Control creator Remedy, is a horror classic, prompting one player to buy 4,000 copies that don’t even work.
Kind of a goody story...
On a serious note, that is why I try activating gift cards asap. It's happened to me where the store didnt scan it right where the card was unusuable. Happened at Wally World.
Usually most of those redemption card have an expiry date on them. If they expired all buyer did was buy recycled paper. And some of those codes are country locked to certain countries. I buy a card from the States I can't use it in Canada.
Dumb and silly story. She wasted her money for no reason.
Is it really that hard to go to Steam or GOG. She spent $240, when its currently 70% off on GOG, and only costs $4.49.
Gee, I wonder, should I spend $240 on eBay, or $4.49 on GOG? 🙄
So in short she paid $240.00 assuming usd for a bunch on unactivated game codes.
I still don't understand why I guess cause there's not a physical version and she wanted something for a collection or art project.
Times are changing, and these games would have never been made in today's climate.
Every single time someone uses this phrase whether it's music, movies, books, comics, video games, etc it's always the same claim.
The ubiquitous "they" won't allow it to be made. And every decade these claims are made the claimant completely ignores all the "offensive" material that is published when the claim is made.
In ten years, you can write a new article about how you can't make games like Helldivers 2, Resident Evil VIII, Mortal Kombat I, Dragon's Dogma 2, Alan Wake 2 etc etc etc any more.
Dead Island: "The early PC version of the zombie game swapped the playable character Purna’s Gender Wars skill with a prototype name, which shouldn’t be mentioned directly. The skill name made fun of both Purna as a character and feminists."
"Feminist Whore" lmao
ill add one more to the list.
drakengard 1.
its ridiculous tho, especially since they'd still be able to find their place in alot of places in the world. except america of course ha. and maybe Australia.
ppl are so sensitive these days. ha. but it is what it is.
They're not offensive.
And we need another Fat Princess. Fantastic little game!
Some people just have no sense of humour if this sort of thing offends them. They need to lighten up and stop taking themselves so seriously.
There have been some awesome titles on the 360!
I really enjoyed Left for Dead and the original Fable. I would definitely to try out crackdown and the original Mass Effect, but I guess my PS3 will have to do.. :-P
Where is Kameo and Lost Odyssey
I'm sick and tired of these 'top exclusive' lists which don't include ONLY exclusives. I mean why call the list top EXCLUSIVES if you're not going to include only exclusives?
Left 4 Dead, Mass Effect and Splinter Cell aren't exclusives, they are also on the pc
