Euro versions are usually the PAL versions and those are significantly slower then NTSC versions AND PAL does NOT work in America. Keep that in mind.

Well PS classics are meant to work on the PS3 and PS3s are not region locked, so anything you download from the store will work. I've downloaded content from the JP store like demos and such, and they work just fine.

yea, most of the square psx era rpgs are available online for cheap & brand new.

Also, the ds version of chronotrigger is just a port of the psx version with an optional dungeon. It's cheaper for the psx and it also comes with FFIV.

Yeah, me too, but would still be a nice release for people that don't. Mainly for people that have never played it, but give it a try through PSN. The graphics in the game are semi-2D, so the game has aged a lot better than some of the ps1 games (like FFVII and Vagrant Story, although both amazing games, just have to get used to it if first time playing).

I'm not sure about you people but nearly all of the PSN classic games I still own on the PS1. Theres no reason for me to ever buy these games when I can already play them on my PS3.

Should go out and get Nier. It's a really good rpg. It plays like classic ps1/2 rpg's with some new school gameplay and it's an action rpg. IT does a lot of things right and i'm glad I picked it up. Why wait for a ps1 rpg to be rereleased on psn when you can get a new game you've never experienced.

Don't listen to most reviews that bash it for not having killzone 2 graphics. It's a really good game. The new gen hates it cause it's not mass effect 2...Yea like that was really an rpg.

lol but it should at least be an 8.5 on metacritic for being so fresh. I swear every time I load Nier up and advance the story and go to a new location it doesn't cease to surprise me. The part when you have to find the mother for the kids in the junk heap reminds me of some of the stories in lost odyssey. Nier is a great game and the entire industry should recieve lashings for rating the game down so much. Some big publications and web sites gave the game a 3....that's rediculous. But they rate mass effect 2 a 9 or 10 and that's not even an rpg really. To me it's a tactical 3rd person shooter with character recruitment abilities.
