The more I think about it, the more I kinda want it to be a thing lol. Ryan Gosling would be awesome. He would need to play it less serious, but he's shown that he can be a goofball.

My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.

I can see some thought went into the list, which is usually never the case with top ten lists. I don't agree with the list though. I would have obviously included Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime 3 at least.
