Uncharted Games Ranked from Best to Worst

I still think Uncharted 2 is the best. Then the original Uncharted close second.

Uncharted 4 and the Lost Legacy don’t even match up to Uncharted 2 except graphics, visuals and the like which were obviously going to be better being next gen

Uncharted 2 had a better story, development was better, newly added characters were more likeable, the villain was more of a threat, no silly forced things like the typical long lost brother story line which wasted story time on characters we like while they spent time explaining who Sam was and where he’s been or people like Nadine the super solider who was created as a statement because of Neil’s feminism views. Then you have the multiplayer...no contest U2 everytime, less is more.

Before you take that as “you think U4 is shit” no it’s like that, they are all good just others were better.

how do you know development was better? And what Neil's politic has to do with this? I rather remain when it comes to politics.

Uncharted 2 may have the edge for giving the series its identity and innovating it, and I agree with that. But U4 felt more adventurous, was less lineal, had better and improved gameplay, and the villain had a better backstory and motives even if he was less threatening. Uncharted TLL even does a lot better than U4 imo so I consider that the top in the series for me.

My issue with uncharted 4 was the first half of the game.while the story was entertaining,the pacing was off,and the platforming was boring .but once you reach Africa it’s amazing .unharted 2 however has the best pacing and it makes you want to play through it all again because it’s always fun.when I beat uc4 I didn’t want to go through the first half again.

Skeptical to the rankings in this article. I could only get through half of UC4 before I was bored and I haven't touched it again. Doesn't bode well for the series as a whole if UC4 was the best of them all.

I like how Drakes Fortune is being more appreciated now...people just automatically say Uncharted 4 is better because it’s most recent and graphics were flawless

Drakes Fortune introduced us to the franchise and I loved the story.

I would switch uncharted 4 and uncharted 3 in your ranking lol uncharted 3 is by far the worst in the series. The game story lacked compared to the other games and was a cheap copy paste from what we had experienced in uncharted 2.

Uncharted 3 was better than 4. It had Chloe and I liked Cutter better than Nate's loser brother. Aside from Madagascar, I liked the ship levels and plane/desert better than the levels in 4. Also raef was a joke with his Little Man's Syndrome acting all tough. I was always just shaking my head at him.

I tried to play U2 today. I finished it twice a long time ago, but it aged pretty badly. It was great game, but now it is very clearly past gen. So today I say U4 and TLL are much better.

By far uncharted 2 is the best overall. Amazing campaign with an amazing multiplayer. Uc4 fell very short in the multiplayer in comparison.

This is as hard as ranking the MGS games

In a lot of way U4 is like MGS4 in that it was so satisfying because how it brought everything all together in the end and an amazing send off to such amazing characters

U1 is like the MGS1 in that introduced us to the franchise in MGS the MGS iteration anyways

U2 is hard to compare to any MGS games though but perhaps it can be compared to MGS3 as MGS3 I think is still the best in that series the same as U2 is.

However it is still hard to pick which of the 3 Uncharted 1,2,4 is the best as is like the case with MGS 1,3,4.

4>2>LL>3>1>GA. They're all really good games but 4 is by far the best. 2 had better storytelling but the story itself was soulless in comparison and the villain was crap. Lost legacy is probably the biggest surprise, excellent game and hope they keep it going with Chloe as the face of the series.
